Ford's prices are WAY too high for my personal level of interest, but if somebody really needs him, especially on a good piece that has other cast members already on it, it's a hard offer to pass up. I mean, he's well into his 70s' and it's not like he's going to do a guaranteed signing for significantly less any time soon.

It's one thing if somebody can't afford those prices, which is certainly understandable, but if Ford's somebody important to you, and you'd still be able to pay your bills and maintain all of your personal/family responsibilities, you might regret not doing it down the road.

It's $550 to de-value your item if you ever decide to sell it. I'm sure the ones that do choose that option though would never sell it

And yes, the prices are high, but I was honestly expecting them to be higher when I first heard about the signing being organized. It's the first time he's ever done a send in and it may very well be the last time. So I agree with AJLe that if you can afford to do this and not affect your bills/responsibilities, you should consider it because it may not happen again.
