Had a couple massive NY pics I found. Both are friends of mine, about the same age. In both cases, I met both legends, though not on those days. When I met Joe D., it was a private signing, and he wouldn't allow photos OF him to be taken, so I was too afraid to ask for anything posed. Given I was probably 14 at the time, he might have done it, though. Ehhhh. As for Mickey, he was very quiet by cordial at the paid signing, but the line was out the door, and frankly I probably didn't have a camera with me.

The Joe DiMaggio photo is from 1986 we think in Dumont, NJ.

The Mickey Mantle I think was a NJ signing, by the time stamp, January of 1990.

This is back from the Summer of 2006 & I don't think I've ever shown this photo to anyone. Every summer during college I interned with the NYC Department of Health & that summer all the City interns were invited to a BBQ at Gracie Mansion with Mayor Bloomberg. When I arrived at the house we were brought over to the porch, where we all got to take a photo with Bloomberg, which was sent to us a few weeks later.

Couple of old ones that Jason resent in! Also, he wanted to add in the moment 20 years later (2015) when he showed Scott the original photo!

Another re-find, the great shot of Nikolai and Cyndi on The Goonies music video set!

Goonies music video suited Volkoff and Lauper. I wonder if a non celebrity has similar photos from a movie or music video taping, like the Ghostbusters.

This may or may not count, but it's still cool. I do some background work once in a while, but I actually did the whole audition and agent thing when I was little. I got really close to getting some big roles, but sadly only succeeded with two dozen commercial spots that aired during the whole 96/97 NFL season on ESPN. I played a young Chris Mortensen in the commercials and a really nice spread in the Sept 2, 96 issue of Sports Illustrated (Green Bay on the cover.)

I was 9, so I was completely unaware who the old guy was that was playing my father...

Harry Dean Stanton.

Few I've seen from back in the 90s when a youthful Macaulay Culkin did theater over in London.

Okay last entry for awhile here! So back in the day, many TV shows had media tours, which often involved a few choice cities like LA, NY, Chicago, etc. Saved By The Bell was probably the most popular teen show at the time, and they actually did a few mall tour gigs mostly in the LA or San Diego areas. Here's a video that ran on WPIX in NY advertising the show and using footage from those mall signings, which were mostly in 1990.

Here's all the photos:

I'd have given a kidney to be in this one when I was 13!

At some point around 1993, Tiffani and Mark Paul went to France, I think to promote the show. They got hounded a bunch of times!

Lastly, here's a few 90's randoms I found with cast members, including Elizabeth in West End London play, a girl with Dustin, and a young actress from the set.

Okay, this one is amazing. So someone in Belgium found what I assume is a deceased woman's photo album in a thrift store. The woman though had filled it with incredible photos with celebrities like Tom Cruise, Harrison Ford, Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Bruce Willis, Olsen Twins, Walter Matthau, Costner, Nicholson, you name it. Her name was Maria Snoeys-Lagler, and she died in 2016 at age 87. Now before you wonder, how??? She was some type of Hollywood reporter, and thus had press access to all these people. Still, the photos are an amazing window into time, largely the early to mid 90's.

You guys need to check out David Powers on facebook. His profile pic is with Burt Reynolds. He's been doing photo ops since at the least the 1970s and has so many long deceased actors, some rare and very tough names. It takes a few tries to get through all his pics there are so many. He has a story to go with almost all the photos.

His pics with Nailz, Road Warriors, and Davey Boy Smith were all suited, too. Insane.
