Slightly adjusted this one, rather than just naming the biggest people someone met, as in the past, it could be a small time name but you had a unique experience. Say if you went to see Gallagher and he broke a watermelon over your head!

Then I'll go with my Citi Field experience with Kofi, Big E & Mandy Rose. Maybe that experience of MJF busting on me, Lanza & I think Rob (RIP) at Wrestlecon.

With that definition my experience of the year was hanging with Chase Masterson who was grieving the loss of her Star Trek Deep Space Nine castmate Aaon Eisenberg who she found out passed away suddenly that morning. I never had an experience quite like that. http://www.markedout.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=21054

Kirk Douglas takes the win IMO. Someone meeting him now is huge to me. It has nothing to do with him being difficult or eccentric like some big celebrity meets but the opportunities to meet him now are most likely very limited. It's not due to any lack of friendliness and feelings of superiority but rather age and health. When he was probably last most active being out and about it was 20-30 years or more before an autograph or photo op site existed so you're probably not going to see too many photo ops online.
Was there a story with meeting him? I really only remember seeing the photo op.

I'll nominate my pilgrimage to the Indy 500, where in addition to seeing the race live for the first time, I met up with a multitude of long retired driving stars I would literally never find anywhere else.
