Re: Starrcast 2, Las Vegas (May 23-26, 2019)

Meltzer said there's still negotiations with people but he sounded doubtful that anyone bigger than Taker is being booked

Re: ICW's Lost Report: Paul Heyman, JR, and Jinder

The show was awkward towards the end because 1). I think JR had a little too much to drink and 2). He was very, very distraught over the unexpected death of his wife and he was openly sobbing. It was tough to see him in pain like that. I also sat at a table with a fan who got absolutely roasted by H...

Re: WrestleMania Week

JR said he has not been contacted to appear at WrestleCon but would be open to it.

Lance Storm told me via Twitter that he is "Currently not booked or planning on going anywhere" which kinda sucks as I'd like to meet him.

It annoys me that Konnan does Starrcast but not Wrestlecon. Grrr.

Re: WrestleCon- April 5-6, 2019- New York, NY

I'm trying to think of 6 headliners that would really get me.

Austin (dependent on price)
Rock (unrealistic + probably out of price range)
Batista (dependent on price)
Undertaker (dependent on price)

I'm not sure who else. Kane's not a headliner, I've already got Goldberg...hmm.

ICW's Lost Report: Paul Heyman, JR, and Jinder

Talk about procrastinating! I never posted a report from August 2017 in which I met Jinder Mahal, Paul Heyman, and JR within a day of each other and I've decided to post it here because I am incredible bored. --- The Jinder Mahal signing was a free signing at the StubHub store in New York City. Maha...

Re: WrestleCon- April 5-6, 2019- New York, NY

From Eric Simms: Just got a weird message from Val Venis Sean Morley. He stated in the message that he was upset with Governor Andrew Cuomo over some new state law that went into effect in NY. He is threatening to boycot coming to the state of NY. I reminded him that wrestlecon is in NY April 5 - 6 ...

Re: WrestleMania Week

If I had my way, this would be my schedule w/wants in parentheses: Thursday 4:00 PM GCW Bloodsport (Minoru Suzuki, Josh Barnett, Hideki Suzuki, Filthy Tom Lawlor, Simon Grimm, and Masashi Takeda) 6:00 PM Axxess (Whomever is scheduled to appear) I suppose I could squeeze in 12:00 PM Evolve but there'...

Yes, Lyft/Uber. No driving for me.

It's definitely a lot but, hey, if it's doable...why not do it?

Re: WrestleMania Week

The PATH to/from Jersey City might become my best friend. As of right now, Thursday morning & early afternoon are wide open with Evolve, wXw, and GCW Bloodsport on my radar. The priority would be Bloodsport IF they have a meet & greet with Minoru Suzuki. Let's say they're hosting a pre-show meet & g...

Re: WrestleMania Week

The real curveball for me is Great Muta.

I could do Saturday WrestleCon from 9-11ish then hop on the LIRR to Jamaica for Muta...then head back....

Ugh. Also, Don Calis doing a WrestleCon show but not the convention would be annoying as hell

Re: WrestleMania Week

I'm attempting to slog through all the Indie shows listed for this week to see who's booked that hasn't been announced for WrestleCon. I'm not sure if they'd be available for these show's meet & greets (trying hard to get their representatives to confirm) but it's still valuable info to keep track o...
